COSHH assessments

Overview

Add products or substances from the library, import an SDS or enter source information manually. Review the source information before using it. Optional Workplace details connect the selected sources to the tasks, exposure and controls for the actual work.

• Source evidence. Record the supplier SDS or approved source and revision used by the assessor.
• Workplace exposure. Consider routes, people, quantity, frequency, duration, task and location.
• Control measures. Capture prevention, ventilation, storage, spill, first-aid, fire, disposal and review arrangements.

How it works

3. Workplace details

   When needed, create a work activity, record the task, exposure and controls, and assign the relevant products. This step is optional.
